Turkish
cuisine is one of the oldest cuisine.It is rich cuisine, it has different kinds
of foods and drinks.At the same time,Turkish cuisine includes a lot of region cuisine.For
example Black Sea cuisine, Aegean cuisine, Southeastern cuisine etc.Turkish
cusinie has many delicious food.Soups,meat dishes,vegetable dishes, pastries,desserts etc.
Firstly breakfast is very important meal for
Turks. Especially , “Sunday Breakfast” is
precious for Turk families.People like rich tables. Turkish breakfast includes
cheese,olives,eggs,cucumbers,tomatoes,jam,honey.These are served with Turkish
tea.

meal is diner.Especially in winter,
usually starts with a soup.
