   Turkish cuisine is one of the oldest cuisine.It is rich cuisine, it has different kinds of foods and drinks.At the same time,Turkish cuisine includes a lot of region cuisine.For example Black Sea cuisine, Aegean cuisine, Southeastern cuisine etc.Turkish cusinie has many delicious food.Soups,meat dishes,vegetable dishes, pastries,desserts etc.

   Firstly breakfast is very important meal for Turks. Especially , “Sunday Breakfast” is precious for Turk families.People like rich tables. Turkish breakfast includes cheese,olives,eggs,cucumbers,tomatoes,jam,honey.These are served with Turkish tea.
                    
   Other important meal is diner.Especially in winter,
usually starts with a soup.
The most popular soups are ezogelin,mercimek and 
tarhana.

               


     Turkish people like a meat dishes.The most delicous foods are kebap,lahmacun,kokoreç,kavurma,iskender etc.



    
   Turkish cusinies has a lot of diffrenet kinds of vegetables.The most popular vegetable dishes are dolma and sarma.

  
            
  
  Turkish desserts are very rich.Turkish cuisine is famous with baklava.The other delicious desserts are şöbiyet, künefe,kadayif etc.
    



   Finally,Turkish coffee is very important culturally in Turkey. The other drinks are ayran,şalgam,salep,çay etc.
