Elazığ cuisine is the second richest among all cities in Turkey with 154 different types of food and drinks.  It is originated in Harput. Harput has important fame in the region and the country. Elazığ cuisine  includes meatballs, naturally dried fruits and vegetables. Many of the dishes just related to Elazığ.
