Turkish cuisine usually use gril,boiled and bolking.
Milk,yogurt,butter are common in Turkish cuisine.
Salad is very important in Turkish cuisine.

Babagannuş is Turkish food.Babagannuş consists of eggplant,yogurt,garlic,oil and pepper.












ANALI-KIZLI
Analı kızlı is Turkish soup.It consists of wheat,chickpeas and garlic.
