TOKAT CUİSİNE



            Turkish Couisine  has many different dishes. But, I'm going to talk about Tokat Cuisine.

TOKAT KEBAP :

        Fresh lamb meat, tail fat, eggplant,
tomato, green pepper, onion, garlic and special baked kebab pita are materials that are used.This meal belongs to Tokat Region. Tokat Kebab is cooked in a special oven. Usually it is for guests.










    
  TOKAT BAT :

       Green lentil, tomato paste, fine cracked wheat, dill, green onion and walnut are materials that are used.Tokat Bat with vine leaves in brine eat. Usually, women make it when they meet.
           










                                                                             YOĞURTMAÇ :

     Flour, dry yeast, salt and water are materials that are used. Optional as pecan or poppy is done. While we are having breakfast, when we have guest and on holidays it becomes the most consumed dish.
